  • High-precision material processing - that is of course the greatest advantage of this technology. Thanks to CNC milling, the result is much more accurate than with manual processing.
  • Limitation of material losses - Thanks to the precision of machines controlled by microcomputers, the risk of failure or damage to components is reduced to almost zero and the entire production process is relatively inexpensive.
  • Reproducibility - The programming for a model affects the speed of production, it enables more efficiency and productivity.
  • Versatility - you can use different types of materials for milling, such as: B. wood, metals or plastics such as polyurethane foams.
  • Tremendous performance - high efficiency of the CNC milling machines used - despite the fact that the production is very fast, it guarantees the reliability of the process and the maintenance of the highest quality standard.


  • CNC processing machines are more expensive to buy than conventional machines
  • Programming the machines is very time consuming - it requires developing a complex project in advanced CAD software. In addition, choosing a specialist to do this job is not the easiest.
  • CNC machining can only be used for certain materials. Currently only metal, wood and plastics can be processed. It can happen that conventional lathes, milling machines or grinding machines have to be used for special materials.
  • The edit field is minimized, i.e. H. it determines the work of the machine tool.
