  • Every passenger from the age of 0 can take part in the wings program. Participation in the program is free and individual for everyone.
  • Each participant can only register once for the Wings program.

  • The date of the start of participation in the Wings program is the date on which the registration form was completed.
  • By participating in the Wings program, the participant agrees to the transfer and processing of his personal data at OJSC Ural Airlines. Permits Ural Airlines and its agents to process your personal data such as name, date of birth, gender, postal address, email address, telephone number and passport details. The airline has the right not to automatically and / or automatically process, receive, collect, systematize, collect, store, refine (update, modify), use and on the personal data provided in the registration form other ways (including electronically) to process . The participant's consent is valid for the duration of participation in the Wings program and up to 5 (five) years after the end of the year in which participation in the Wings program is ended. By participating in the Wings program, the participant agrees:

  • The consent to participate in the Wings program and the selection of services for special offers are subjective and individual for each program participant, without the mandatory use of the service having to be enforced.

OJSC Ural Airlines reserves the right:

  • Refuse to allow people to attend without explanation;
  • Make changes to the conditions for collecting rewards, defining the procedure and rights for awarding rewards, and the list of tariffs for which no bonuses have accrued and the class of service has not been updated.
  • You can change the rules of the Wings program or its parts at any time, with or without notice. If the program is canceled, all bonuses accumulated by program participants can be canceled.

The Wings program can be expanded by including hotels as partners. The relevant information will be published on the airline's official website.

Change of personal data

  • Each participant is responsible for the timely change of personal data in the personal account of the Wings program.
  • The participant can change his personal data: telephone number, address for the delivery of correspondence, passport data and email address in the personal account of the Wings program.
  • The participant cannot change the surname / first name independently on the website. Changes are made by the airline employee after the participant completes an application in the personal account, with the application confirming the change in the name and / or name of the documents (marriage / divorce certificate, etc.).

Wings Program Bonuses / How to Collect / Spend Bonuses

  • The main accounting unit for the program is the bonus, which is used to calculate the discount. Bonuses accrued in the Wings program are a marketing instrument to promote loyalty to frequent flyers and represent a conditional unit (non-monetary) that is used exclusively to take into account the services used by the customer. Bonuses have no cost expression, no purchasing power and cannot be redeemed at the request of a program participant.
    As of 07/05/2018, a fee of 120 rubles was introduced. The fee is non-refundable for orders with bonuses.
  • The Wings program bonuses can be used to partially pay for tickets on the airline's website at www.uralairlines.com. Payment of the bonus ticket price is possible no later than 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. You can only pay the tariff with bonuses. Fees and other services are paid in Russian rubles.
  • In the case of partial payment for the ticket on the airline's website, bonuses are only available for payment with Visa, MasterCard, MIR and Union Pay.
  • In the case of partial payment with bonuses on the airline's website, a ticket is issued separately for each passenger. Air tickets for infants (children under 2 years old) are issued for a ticket already purchased at the ticket office or by contacting Passenger Support (airport fees are paid extra for a range of instructions).
  • For people under 12 years of age (with a separate seat), no discount for children is granted when creating a ticket with awards. Air tickets for this category and one person are issued at the adult rate.
  • For every flight on regular Ural Airlines flights, the participant receives interest on bonuses from the tariff paid and the direction of flight on his personal account. The amount of fees differs from the amount of the tariff and the purchase channel, the place of purchase of the ticket. When issuing a ticket in a distribution channel other than Ural Airlines' own distribution network (ticket counter, website, mobile application, call center), including on the websites of third-party online agencies, a coefficient of 0.8 is set for standard fees.
  • Bonuses in the program are only collected for flights actually performed personally on regular Ural Airlines flights. Bonuses can be accrued for additional services provided by the airline as well as for the services and products of the Wings program partners - companies with which relevant agreements are concluded.
  • Bonuses are applied to the amount of the tariff paid by Russian rubles. Part of the tariff paid with bonuses is not charged.
  • Bonuses are not accrued according to the low-cost group tariffs: "Baggage" and "Baggage Free", but flights at these tariffs will be considered for retraining according to the level of participation.
  • Bonuses for a completed flight on Ural Airlines flights are automatically credited to the member's account up to 10 days after the flight date. Bonuses are credited to the account if the data has been correctly entered into the reservation system: program participant number, valid passport number (other document) according to which the flight was carried out. The admission periods can be extended if the airline does not receive confirmation of a flight from the respective airport.
  • Bonuses obtained for flights on Ural Airlines flights can be spent on flight tickets for yourself and for third parties (the minimum amount to be debited is 120 bonuses).
  • For each flight actually completed by passengers under 2 years of age, a fixed amount of 100 bonuses is set for each flight.
  • For each actually completed flight at a confidential (closed) fare, a fixed fee of 100 bonuses is set for each flight.
  • For each actually completed flight at a charter / confidential (closed) fare, a fixed amount of 50 bonuses is set for each flight. Flight bonuses accrue automatically. If no bonuses have accrued for that flight, the accruals cannot be restored.
  • Unused accrued bonuses will be canceled after 1 year in proportion to the accumulation from the time they were accrued to the participant's account.
  • Unused welcome bonuses will be canceled after 1 month in proportion to their accumulation from the moment they are credited to the participant's account.
  • Other bonuses may have a different period of validity.
  • Provisions for promotions and additional provisions are made only for tickets paid in full in Russian rubles.
  • Flights on Ural Airlines charter flights will not be considered for retraining for participation in the Wings program.
  • Member accounts and bonuses cannot be transferred together with the accounts of other Wings program participants.
  • Ticketing with bonuses at subsidized tariffs is prohibited.
  • Bonuses are not given for tickets the fare of which is paid in full with bonuses (100%) and the flight is not taken into account when moving to the next level.
  • No bonuses apply to tickets issued at special rates, subsidized rates or during official transport, with the exception of bonuses collected through promotions and offers.
  • There are no bonuses for tickets that are issued at special conditions for official transports, as well as for tickets for charter flights and subsidized tariffs, with the exception of bonuses that arise as part of special promotions and offers.
  • Bonuses are not created to compensate for the cancellation or delay of flights in the event of force majeure (cancellation of a flight due to meteorological or other conditions independent of the carrier).
  • No awards will be given in the event of flight cancellation or forced airline replacement.
  • In the event of a forced route change, the participant receives a bonus corresponding to the completed flight.
  • If the flight is operated by a Ural Airlines code-share partner, the rules and conditions for applying the fare of the operating airline (i.e. the airline that actually carried passengers) apply. Ticketing with code share bonuses is prohibited.
  • Participant bonuses cannot be inherited or sold to anyone, including current Wings program participants.
  • The return of a flight ticket, partially paid for through rewards, will be made in accordance with the fare application conditions on the airline's website www.uralairlines.com in the “Order Review” section. In this case, the amount of rubles and bonuses on the bank card account or on the account of the Wings program participant will be refunded to the customer, namely Russian rubles and bonuses. Reverse transaction fees will be charged according to airline or authorized agency rules.

Differentiation of bonuses for flights that have not been billed:

  • Unbilled flight bonuses can be accumulated for a maximum of 1 year from the flight date.
  • In order to receive bonuses, the participant must complete an application in the personal account of the Wings program participant.
  • Verification and confirmation are carried out up to 30 calendar days from the date of the application for the introduction of disregarded bonuses (to the email address [email protected]). Once verified and confirmed, the bonuses for the flight will be credited to the member's account.
  • Ural Airlines does not guarantee the delimitation of bonuses in the absence of a copy of the itinerary receipt. When using a ticket on a paper form, the participant must provide the original / copy of the paper ticket and the copies / originals of the boarding passes (to the email address [email protected]).

Degree of participation in the Wings loyalty program.

  • The rules of the Wings loyalty program provide for several levels of participation. If the required number of flight segments is set during the course of a calendar year (from January 1 to December 31), the privileged program level is assigned. The level of the program participant will be changed on January 1st of each subsequent year or earlier as soon as a higher level is reached.
  • The retention of the assigned privileged level for the next calendar year must be confirmed by the corresponding number of flight segments.
  • When using the services of partners in the “Wings” loyalty program, participants can be granted discounts and / or privileges, depending on the level of the program participant. For detailed information, see the Wings Program Partners section.
  • A plastic card with a gold and silver level for participants in the Wings loyalty program is produced at the participant's request. Production time up to 20 days. In order to be able to use the services provided for the participants, a virtual card via the mobile application is permitted.
Blue plane
  • It is assigned to the participant in the Wings program at the time of registration in the program.
  • A plastic card for a participant is not issued, only a virtual one.

The bonus definition and the privileges for the "Blue Level" participant depend on the direction of flight and the tariff group for which the ticket was purchased *:

- Awards for the flight from the tariff group "Promo" / "Promo Light" up to 2%
- Rewards for the flight from the Economy / Premium Economy group tariff up to 10%
- Rewards for the flight from the tariff of the group "Comfort" / "Business" / "Business Light" up to 15%
- Additional bonuses equal to 10% of the accrued amount.

Silver level
  • Awarded to a Wings member for more than 20 flights with Ural Airlines in one calendar year (from January 1st to December 31st).
