If you live in Michigan (or know someone who does) you have a chance in the next 21 days to do just that.
Proposal 3 is on the ballot, and if it passes, Michigan's state constitution will enshrine one of the most radical, extreme and dangerous abortion laws in the entire nation.
But if all pro-life voters in Michigan voted "NO" on Proposal 3, we can stop this. We can't do this without your help.
Everyone is tired of campaign ads, but there are people whose lives are at stake who cannot fund advertisements and there is a proposal on the ballot that means life or death to them. We want to help ensure that you are ready to vote NO on Proposal 3.
Is Prop 3 really so bad?
Yes. Proposal 3 is far more extreme than proponent's ads would lead you to believe. It's intentionally and carefully worded in a way to give Michigan the most extreme laws in the country. To name a few things, it would:
What about life of the mother?
This is a common argument from the 'pro-choice' side, that the life of the mother will not be protected, but it is a lie.
The current law in Michigan from 1931 protects the life and rights of the mother in the event medical intervention is necessary to save her life. This is obviously a horrible situation that nobody wants to experience. The specific wording is found on line four of the law (link below).
I'm not registered to vote
Great news! You can register online right now. It just takes a few minutes.
I don't have time to vote
If you don't have time to vote in-person, you're in luck! It's easier than ever to apply for an absentee ballot. You can do it online right now. It just takes a few minutes, and your ballot will be mailed to you in 3-5 days.
I want to vote but I'll forget
We forget things too. If you continue we'll generate a personalized calendar appointment that you can easily add to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
My vote won't make a difference
Historically speaking, less voters show up for midterm elections (like the one 21 days away). For example, 1 million less people voted in the 2018 election than the 2020 election. If half of those voters were pro-life, that's 500,000 votes.
And if those voters voted in this election, we could crush Proposal 3.
Your vote and your voice matters. Now is the time to use both.
In order to be ready to make a difference, you need to be registered to vote and then remember to actually do it.
In two minutes or less we'll help you confirm your registration, create a personalized calendar appointment for you (including voting location information), and we'll ask you to share this tool with your friends.

In Michigan, we had over 1 million more voters in the 2020 presidential election compared to the 2018 midterms.
Our goal is see a "presidential election level" turnout and crush this proposal. We want the nation to know that Michigan stands for life. To do that, we want to celebrate your commitment and encourage others to do the same.

Voters committed to "NO"
With your help, we now have 0 committed voters!
Now it's your turn.
We built this tool to make it easy to share with friends and family. It wasn't designed to change someone's mind, but simply to hold those who share this conviction to honor life accountable to take action.
If everyone who believes abortion should be a very rare and somber moment (if ever necessary at all) showed up and voted, this proposal would fail - and it should. We want to encourage you, but more than that, hold you accountable, to share this information with others.
Send a text to your friends and family and ensure that Prop 3 is on the forefront of their mind on November 8th. By doing this, you will be part of saving many lives.

As with any legislation of moral issues, the question of 'how did we get here?' echos painfully. Enforcing behavior through fear of punishment should always be a last resort in healthy communities, but we are unfortunately there. In the current state of our culture, we must stand firm and hold our state, and our nation accountable to life and death. However, for this reason still, we cannot see the rejection of Proposal 3 as a final victory.
We pray, therefore, that we would not be satisfied until families are whole and children are celebrated as a blessing. Let us aim for so much higher than ending the death of innocent life. Instead, let us have vision for our nation to be a place where women are honored for their call to bring life and find so much support that abortion is no longer an option one would entertain. We pray that our culture learns to stand beside single parents, especially mothers and young mothers, as well as struggling families, and supports them through difficult times.
Anything less than this is trading one compromise for another. Far too often we settle for victory in the battle against one wrong rather than wholeheartedly pursue our responsibility to win the war - to love sacrificially and compassionately. Do not let this be the end of the story. Let us mourn every would-be mother that felt, for one reason or another, that abortion was her best option.
Jesus, we plead your blood over our sins and the sins of our nation. Help us exhibit the courage to end abortion, to celebrate the gift of life you generously gave us, and bring restoration to our family's, neighborhoods, cities, and nation. Amen.
